North Creek Capital, LLC is a registered investment adviser with the State of Washington, established in 2019 to provide advisory services to privately offered pooled investment vehicles. The firm's founder, Michael V. Morgan, possesses over 25 years of experience in construction management, commercial real estate brokerage, and private investment fund services.

Prior to founding North Creek Capital, Michael served as Trustee for a Washington-based family trust, which owns and operates a ~$250 million self-storage and industrial portfolio throughout the Pacific Northwest.  Michael also co-founded Fairview Partners in Seattle, where he led fundraising and management efforts for various open and closed-ended funds focused on non-performing real estate loans and other credit investments nationwide.  

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management (2001) and a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from the University of Washington (2002). He is a designated Real Estate Broker through MVM Investments LLC, a wholly owned and licensed Washington Real Estate firm.

A native of Seattle, Michael was raised in the Mt. Baker neighborhood and resides in Magnolia with his wife Katie and their two children, Madison and Jackson. Michael is actively involved in his parish, Our Lady of Fatima, and participates as a member of the local Knights of Columbus chapter.
